EARLY ARRIVALS

If you arrive early, please wait in the lobby to ensure that other clients' appointments are not disrupted

Late Cancellations

I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service booked

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, the cancellation fee covers the time reserved specifically for your appointment, as I am unable to fill the slot on short notice

To help avoid such situations, my booking system will send you multiple reminders leading up to your appointment

Late Arrivals

To ensure all clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled appointments, we ask that clients arrive on time. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service

No Show/No Call

No-show, no-call appointments will be responsible for 100% of the service cost, charged automatically to the card on file

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges

If you are an established client, please reach out to me directly via email or text if you are experiencing issues with a product. I will do my best to troubleshoot with you, your satisfaction is my top priority
